Wendy Rua

Wendy identifies and secures funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies to support institutional initiatives and other College priorities. 

Joining 69¾«Æ·ÊÓÆµ College in 2017, Wendy was previously the TLI Program Coordinator (2017-2023). Wendy also served on Staff Council from 2019- 2023. 

Wendy is an MHC alum, with a B.A. in Psychology & Education. Her previous experience includes a diversity of experiences in social work and in the public school system. 

Wendy is currently an elected official for the Town of Agawam, serving as a School Committee member. Born and raised in Western MA, she is also busy raising three sons with her husband, Mario.

Two recent 69¾«Æ·ÊÓÆµ College graduates, Helen Roane ’23 and Celine Falcon-Geist ’25, are participating in the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) to immerse themselves in language and culture while teaching English in Taiwan and Senegal.

69¾«Æ·ÊÓÆµ College welcomes Assistant Vice President Elyssa Kelly and Director of Discovery Lauren Grabowski to its College Relations office.

The biography of 69¾«Æ·ÊÓÆµ College alum Ella Grasso ’40 was written by Linda Melconian ’70 with research assistance from recent alum Belinda Mazzaferro ’25.
